| Avalon Guest House is a newly built contemporary guest house retaining much of the orignial charm and character set in a slightly elevated and seclueded position just 20 yards from the beautiful sandy cove of Maenporth, just three miles along the coast road out of Falmouth, in this picturesque part of Cornwall. We have one large luxury family room 7 m long which sleeps five people in King sized bed, two singles and a camp bed/cot bed/travel cot. This has a large luxury bathroom with double walk in shower and big bow bath. The room is on the first floor with sea views and has a welcome tray, freeview TV, fridge and underfloor heating controlled by a thermostat. Price includes full Cornish breakfast and afternoon tea and cakes.
